A few years ago,while in my early 40s - my doctor put me on his 'man diet'. Too simple to work (I thought). After a few years of thinking this thing through, I've started The Man's Diet Blog. The concept is simple. Only three 'rules': eat Breakfast, take Vitamin B, and be smart.
